Gram Netratva Abhiyan is a leadership development initiative implemented by Navnirman Savitri Phule Foundation (NSPF) in collaboration with Swadesh Foundation. The initiative strengthens the leadership capacity of elected representatives and community members through learning, dialogue, and participatory local governance, enabling them to contribute confidently to inclusive community development.
