The Capacity Building Programme is implemented by Navnirman Savitri Phule Foundation (NSPF) in collaboration with Sudarshan Chemicals. The initiative empowers youth and women from Pune and Raigad by strengthening leadership, practical skills, confidence, and community participation. Through participatory learning and collaborative engagement, participants are encouraged to realise their potential, become active contributors to their communities, and create opportunities for sustainable development.
